I'd like to introduce you to Hanna Nesterowich!
This is Hanna's first year teaching art at Laingsburg Middle and High Schools. She graduated from Michigan State University last spring. Hanna is bringing art back into Laingsburg Community Schools. Art has not offered at either school for the previous six years. Hanna was offered the job three weeks out of college when no one said it would be possible.
Her favorite thing about art is proving the importance art has on society. When asked what her most memorable moment in teaching is so far she said, "Every single day is memorable - I'm loving art in public education while it's available!"
